What Is Lubricant Masterbatch?
Lubricant Masterbatches is one of masterbatches which prevent sticking the layers of films. For this application organic autoblocks such as fatty amides and Polytetrafluoroethylene can be used.
By using these materials, the surface will be polished and the adhesion amount will be reduced. Thereby, the amount of friction at the polymer surface reduced and prevent any problem during the prosses of rolling and wrapping the films.

Moreover, Lubricant Masterbatches use to polish the surface of films and increase its quality. It also used in agricultural films, thin films and thick films.
